These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from
DigitalYes.com.au.
You and DigitalYes.com.au agree that the following terms and conditions are
the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and
DigitalYes.com.au. |

| 1. Orders |
All orders placed through this web site are subject to
confirmation and acceptance by DigitalYes.com.au.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice due to the nature of IT
industry. DigitalYes.com.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel any
orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment made. If the
payment has being made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will
notify you within 2 business days and refund the amount paid for. We will inform you as
soon as possible of any changes in prices, or cancellation of orders. |

| 2. Delivery |
DigitalYes.com.au or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the
address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to
their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified
of this by DigitalYes.com.au as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery
address who receives the goods will be presumed by DigitalYes.com.au to be
authorised to receive the goods.
If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to
receive the order, DigitalYes.com.au may charge you additional delivery
fees.
DigitalYes.com.au may deliver the Goods by separate instalments (in
accordance with the agreed delivery schedule). Each separate instalment
shall be invoiced and paid for in accordance with the provisions in this
contract of sale
Delivery of the Goods to a third party nominated by the Buyer is deemed to
be delivery to the Buyer for the purposes of this agreement.
DigitalYes.com.au shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to
failure by DigitalYes.com.au to deliver the Goods (or any of them) promptly
or at all.
Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your
responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
We do not ship to overseas at the moment. NO credit is available for any
freight paid.
Once the goods are dispatched, you will be sent an E-mail acknowledgement
which will include an Internet link with your order tracking number which
can be used to track your order status. |

| 3. Returns & Refunds |
| All product returns are subject to DigitalYes.com.au's
Returns Policy which forms part of these terms and conditions. |

| 4. Prices & Payment |
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and
services tax)
Pricing Information is updated daily. Be aware price and product availability changes do occur on a daily basis.
For each online order, you must pay:
- the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by DigitalYes.com.au;
- the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time.
Your credit card details are safe and secure. All credit card information is
encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol
that protects data as it travels over the Internet. For security reasons we
do not keep your credit card details on record.
We are unable to accept COD charges.
Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched unless you have
approved credit facilities with DigitalYes.com.au. |

| Pictures are for illustrative purposes only. Please note:
due to manufacturer version updates, pictures may vary from the actual item.
Whilst every effort is made to make products descriptions as accurate as possible, errors may unintentionally occur.

DigitalYes.com.au shall not be liable to the Customer, or
to any other person whomsoever, for any loss or damage whatsoever or
howsoever caused arising directly or directly in connection with the
Products, other than expressly imposed by statute in terms of which it is
not possible to limit or exclude liability.
DigitalYes.com.au expressly excludes liability for consequential loss or
damage including but not limited to loss of profit, business, revenue,
goodwill or anticipated savings. |

| These terms and conditions are subject to change at any
time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and
conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of
any goods from DigitalYes.com.au |

| 9. Applicable Law |
| All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject
to the laws Victoria, Australia. |
| 10. Compatibility |
- DigitalYes.com.au is under no obligation to ensure compatibility between components. It is up to the customer to first research and confirm that a part will be compatible and suitable for their application prior to purchase;
- DigitalYes.com.au will not be held liable for any damages or losses caused by compatibility issues;
